Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The selected person will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will focus on identifying and recruiting top technical talent, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The company primarily hires AI/ML, GenAI, RPA, and Full Stack engineers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • IT Recruiting expertise especially in RPA, AI/ML, and GenAI technologies
  • Experience of working as an IT recruiter at a well-known IT services company
  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
  • Deep expertise with recruitment tools, especially Naukri and linkedIn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
