Our Dehradun office, located at 78 Radha Palace, Rajpur Road, is expanding its outreach to schools, colleges, and universities in the region. We are seeking a dedicated professional who understands the education industry and institutional sales and can effectively represent our brand at the grassroots level.
Role Overview
The Institutional Sales & Relationship Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving sales and student enrollments from schools, colleges, and universities in Dehradun.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with principals, deans, HODs, and coordinators.
- Fixing appointments and delivering seminars, career guidance sessions, and workshops at institutions.
- Generating a consistent pipeline of student inquiries from the institutional network.
- Representing the company in career fairs, education expos, and campus activities.
- Coordinating with the Dehradun office team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Only candidates with relevant institutional sales/education industry experience will be considered.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of proven experience in school/college/university sales, business development, or institutional tie-ups.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Must have own conveyance (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) for institutional visits.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage independent responsibilities.
