**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in areas related to **Marketing Management**, **Consumer Behaviour**, **Marketing Analytics**, **Brand Management**, and **Sales & Distribution**.
- Develop and update course materials, pedagogy, and assessments aligned with industry standards and NEP guidelines.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in reputed journals (Scopus / ABDC / UGC CARE).
- Mentor students in academic and career pursuits, including projects, internships, and placements.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and faculty development activities.
- Organize industry interaction programs, seminars, conferences, and guest lectures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the growth of the institution.
- Engage in institutional development activities, NAAC/NBA accreditation, and other quality initiatives.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Educational Qualification**:
- Ph.D. in Marketing or allied areas (mandatory as per UGC norms).
- First Class Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing from a reputed institute.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching and/or industry experience.
- Fresh Ph.D. holders from reputed institutions may also apply.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
