About the Role

We're hiring an
Influencer Marketing Executive
to manage creator outreach, campaign execution, and performance tracking for lifestyle and D2C brands. If you understand influencer culture, stay updated with trends, and enjoy coordinating with creators — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Research & Identification

  • Identify relevant influencers across
    Instagram, YouTube, ShareChat, Facebook, Telegram & Twitter/X
    (platform selection depends on campaign needs).
  • Evaluate creators based on:
  • Engagement rate
  • Content quality
  • Audience relevancy & authenticity
  • Past brand collaborations
  • Maintain and manage influencer databases and CRM dashboards.

Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Execute outreach through emails, WhatsApp, DMs, or influencer platforms.
  • Coordinate communication, negotiation, briefing, and onboarding of creators.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with influencers and creator agencies.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Assist with end-to-end campaign workflow: briefing → content planning → approvals → posting → reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (creative, brand managers, paid media) for smooth execution.
  • Ensure campaign deadlines and deliverables are met.

Content Collaboration & Compliance

  • Share detailed briefs, reference content, CTAs, hashtags, usage rights, and posting timelines with influencers.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and
    ASCI/FTC compliance guidelines
    .
  • Track live content and ensure timely revisions if required.

Reporting, Analysis & Trends

  • Track and measure campaign KPIs (Reach, Views, Engagement %, CTR, CPM, Conversions, ROI).
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns, platform algorithm updates, trending creators, and industry patterns.

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in
    Google Sheets, Excel, tracking tools, or influencer platforms
    .
  • Understanding of digital content formats — Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, static creatives, and story formats.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

(Not mandatory, but a plus if experience exists)

  • Experience with influencer campaign automation platforms (e.g., Qoruz, One Impression, Winkl, ClanConnect, Affable).
  • Basic understanding of
    paid amplification or whitelisting
    .
  • Knowledge of
    D2C brand metrics and conversion-focused campaigns.
