We are a leading organization in providing Human Resource in Tire Manufacturing industry committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. To strengthen our operations team, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled engineer who can production activity ,handle manpower supervision and maintenance activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations related to Mould Maintenance, Tyre curing, and trolley maintenance.
  • Manage manpower allocation, recruitment, attendance, and overall discipline on the shop floor.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding manpower availability and scheduling.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, process quality, and productivity targets.
  • Maintain operational and manpower records for tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives across production and maintenance areas.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as Manpower handling Supervisor capacity
  • Some knowledge of Mould Change/Maintenance, Tyre Curing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
