Brisil supplies to leading global and Fortune 500 companies across 15+ countries . Role Description Operations Manage production, scheduling, dispatch, and quality control. Oversee procurement, vendor development, and logistics. Plan capacity utilization and resource optimization. Implement Lean/Six Sigma and best-practice systems. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and labor regulations . Team Leadership Lead and mentor teams across production, logistics, and procurement. Define KPIs, monitor performance, and foster collaboration across functions. Build a strong culture of safety, ethics, and teamwork. Financials & Systems Track and control plant budgets and operating costs. Drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Support management in budgeting and business reviews. Explore automation and ERP integration for process improvement. Requirements Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (mandatory); MBA (preferred, top institute). Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing operations — ideally in chemicals or FMCG . Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, automation, and compliance. Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, decisive, and focused on operational excellence. Compensation: We offer a competitive salary with performance-linked incentives.
