As a Production Manager, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations—driving performance, leading teams, and ensuring excellence across every shift.

  • You'll plan, organize, and control production to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets with precision.
  • You'll make the most of our resources—manpower, machines, and materials—to maximize efficiency.
  • You'll monitor key production metrics like OEE, rejection rates, downtime, and throughput, and take action to improve them.
  • You'll lead cost optimization efforts, reduce waste, and champion lean manufacturing practices.
  • You'll mentor and manage production supervisors and shop-floor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • You'll collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • You'll uphold safety, health, and environmental standards, including 5S and EHS protocols.
  • You'll maintain accurate records and documentation in line with ISO, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
  • You'll run daily production meetings, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • You'll support new product launches and drive continuous process improvements.
