Role & responsibilities

Creative Development

  • Design engaging creatives for paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and organic posts/reels.
  • Use Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and AI-based creative tools for high-quality output.

  • Develop motion graphics, short videos, and reels that align with brand tone and campaigns.

  • Content Execution

  • Ideate & execute monthly social media calendars (organic + paid campaigns).

  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a premium brand look.

  • Adapt creatives as per platform requirements (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Ad Creatives & Performance Support

  • Design variations for ad campaigns (A/B testing creatives).

  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to create conversion-focused ad assets.

  • Optimize creatives based on campaign insights & engagement reports.

  • Trend & Innovation

  • Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

  • Experiment with AI design/video tools to bring innovative content ideas.
  • Suggest fresh campaign ideas & viral-worthy content.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
  • Knowledge of AI design & video tools (Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, etc. or equivalents).
  • Strong sense of design, typography, and color balance.
  • Understanding of social media content formats, storytelling, and engagement tactics.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media content design (agency or brand side).
  • Strong portfolio of past social media creatives, reels, or ad designs is a must.
