About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO & Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing & Digital Media team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to leverage AI-based tools to enhance online visibility and engagement. This role requires managing multiple digital campaigns, creating compelling content, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies that drive measurable results. You will play a key role in growing our brand presence, increasing organic traffic, and engaging our target audience across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, optimize website content, perform on-page and off-page SEO, monitor website analytics, and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and YouTube; actively engage with followers and respond to queries; track social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance.

• Content Creation: Develop content for blogs, social media posts, infographics, videos, and other digital assets; ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone; collaborate with internal teams for approvals and campaign alignment.

• AI Tool Integration: Leverage AI-driven marketing tools for content generation, campaign analytics, SEO optimization, and performance monitoring; research emerging AI technologies to continuously improve campaign efficiency and results.

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels; monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI.

• Analytics & Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on website performance, SEO rankings, social media engagement, and campaign outcomes; provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with marketing vendors, freelance content creators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects; maintain professional relationships and manage related communications.

• Industry Trends & Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest SEO algorithms, social media trends, and digital marketing innovations; proactively suggest strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
