We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in managing and growing brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle end-to-end social media strategies, and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement, reach, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics, blogs).
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (social ads) to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions).
  • Collaborate with design/content teams or work hands-on with tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creative requirements.
  • Respond and engage with followers to build community interaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 36 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and tools & Facebook Marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Basic design/content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and paid advertising is an added advantage.
