Gourmer Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing food catering company specializing in delivering quality and hygienic meals to corporate offices, schools, and institutions. We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing cum Business Development Executive to strengthen our market presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate design and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, banners, flyers, etc.).
  • Organize and support food-tasting events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, client preferences, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for creative content and marketing execution.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, institutional, and event catering segments.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, client visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, and event partners.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Business Development, preferably in the Food Catering / F&B / Hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media handling.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
