To inspect & ensure on line & FG product quality which are sent to the market within defined AQL norms.

Unit Bottling, Unit FG warehouse WG & DG Lab, Utility Area, ENA Sourcing as & when required,

  • To monitor End of the Line Finished Goods Quality as per laid down EOL Inspection SOP.
  • To record EOL Results, evaluation and reporting.
  • To ensure that the EOL defects are within the defined AQL norms.
  • To ensure Root Cause Analysis and Corrective actions on Quality Hold lots and Production related quality complaints, non-conformities, etc. & To maintain records.
  • To perform scheduled Finished Goods Warehouse audit of the unit and report results.
  • To analysis of spirits, blends, raw materials, packaging materials and finished products as per ABD quality norms & standards.
  • To minimize bottling losses of wet goods.
  • To ensure timely and correct recording of EOL results in SAP.
  • To ensure implementation of Companys SOPs, GMP, FSSAI and FSMS requirements in the bottling hall.
  • To train the new personnel in QC Dept. for maintaining Finished Goods Quality.
  • To train bottling manpower for Companys SOPs, GMP, PRP & other related FSMS requirements.
  • To ensure closures of bottling quality related Non-conformities raised in Internal / External audits within defined timeline.
  • To maintain all necessary records of quality control pertaining to bottling.
  • To maintain records of deviation approvals taken (If any).
