thinking skills, Visual design, Storyboarding, Writing skills and

storytelling, knowledge of LMS, knowledge of multimedia editing

software, Knowledge of latest ID trends and advancements.

Nice to have skills

Qualifications in instructional/curriculum design, particularly for online

delivery or a related area, Project Management, Leadership skills,

Andragogy Learning

Qualifications: Any Graduate/Postgraduate with Experience: 3-8 years

Competencies required:

Strong understanding of Instruction Design Principles, theories and

Methodologies e.g., adult learning principles, instructional Strategies,

Ability to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Lead Instructional Designers must create Instructional Materials based on

client requirements.

  • Manage a team of instructional Designers and collaborate with

Subject matter experts and project Managers.

  • Oversee the development of Blended Learning solutions for a

variety of subjects and industries based on client requirements.

  • Apply appropriate instructional strategies, design, and content

to meet client requirements.

  • Develop innovative ideas for Blended Learning (Create engaging

learning activities and compelling course content that enhances

retention and knowledge transfer)

  • Ability to visualize and design Blended Learning solutions for the

client.

  • Ability to understand client requirements and work in

collaboration with SMEs.

  • Ensure quality and consistency of instructional design

products delivered to the client
