Senior Instructional Designer Learning & Organizational Development

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role:

The Talent Development function is actively seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to join the Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team. This role is responsible for delivering scalable learning programs and curricula while ensuring alignment with business goals and talent strategies. As a trusted partner, you will collaborate across teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide training solutions that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training content in multiple formats: eLearning, virtual, instructor-led, job aids, videos, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end training solutions in alignment with talent strategy.
  • Consult with stakeholders to assess learning needs and define instructional strategies.
  • Lead Lead large-scale learning & development projects within the organization.
  • Maintain content design and development standards to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
  • Implement evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee project management aspects, including documentation, status reports, and communication.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of instructional design and development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline and eLearning content creation.
  • Experience in graphic design, content writing, and instructional editing.
  • Proven ability to develop multi-modal learning strategies.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
