Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at LAXXA. The CTO will lead and oversee all technical aspects of the company, including designing IT strategies, managing software development, and guiding the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include building and leading high-performing engineering teams, creating system architectures, overseeing project management processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technological innovation and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Software Development, Software Architecture, and building scalable, reliable systems
  • Proven experience in Product Development and driving the entire product lifecycle
  • Skills in IT Strategy and developing technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
  • Experience in Project Management, including overseeing team deliverables, budgets, and timelines
  • Leadership skills for mentoring engineering teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with AI technologies, cloud platforms, or startup environments is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
