Tele-caller Real Estate

Location: Thane

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Tele callers to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into potential property sales. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our real estate projects.

· Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about available properties.

· Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline for conversions.

· Schedule site visits for prospective buyers and coordinate with the sales team.

· Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.

· Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

· Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

· Experience: 1- 2 years in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.

· Skills:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate and property trends.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in [English/Hindi/Marathi] is preferred.
