We are hiring a Support Lead with expertise in Office 365, Exchange, MS Teams, and Azure. This role is based in Mumbai and requires a professional with 6–10 years of support experience in enterprise IT environments. If you are skilled in Exchange migration, troubleshooting, automation scripting, and security administration, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • As a Support Lead – Office 365 / Exchange / MS Teams, you will:
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Office 365 administration including Exchange, Teams, and ODFB.
  • Manage Exchange Online, MS Teams, email gateway, archiving, and journaling solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 365 environments.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Work with MS Azure and Azure AD for identity & access management.
  • Ensure compliance with AIP (Azure Information Protection) and DLP (Data Loss Prevention).
  • Support migration projects and coordinate with global teams.
  • Deliver high-quality support in night shifts as required.

Must-Have Skills:-

  • 6–10 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong expertise in Office 365 Admin, Exchange Online, and MS Teams.
  • Experience in Exchange 2010/2013 troubleshooting.
  • PowerShell scripting for task automation.
  • Knowledge of MS Azure, Azure AD, and security administration.
  • Experience with AIP and DLP support.
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work night shifts.

Education:-

Any Graduate (IT, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred).
