We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O L1 Support Specialist
to join our IT team in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience to grow their careers supporting a critical enterprise platform. You'll be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    first-line technical support
    for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) applications to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Log, categorize, prioritize, and track
    all incoming support requests and incidents in the service management tool.
  • Perform
    initial troubleshooting and analysis
    to identify the root cause of issues, including user errors, configuration problems, or system bugs.
  • Resolve common F&O issues related to
    user access, security roles, basic setups
    , and
    simple process errors
    in modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory Management.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues
    to L2/L3 support teams or external partners with clear documentation and analysis.
  • Maintain
    clear and consistent communication
    with users, providing timely updates on the status of their requests.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a
    knowledge base
    of common issues and resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 4 years of experience
    working with or supporting
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
    or earlier versions (e.g., Dynamics AX).
  • Solid
    understanding of core F&O business processes
    (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
  • Proven ability to
    diagnose and resolve L1 support issues
    efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication skills
    in English.
  • Strong
    problem-solving and analytical abilities
    .
  • A
    customer-focused attitude
    with a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Ability to work effectively
    on-site
    in our Mumbai office.
