Job Title: HR Manager

Department: Human Resources

Location: NHS Hospital

Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years (Preferably in NABH-accredited Hospital)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead the Human Resources department in our NABH-accredited hospital. The candidate should have strong HR management skills, knowledge of NABH documentation, and a positive, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, joining formalities, payroll, and attendance.
  • Ensure NABH HR documentation and compliance as per accreditation standards.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize training programs for all departments as per NABH guidelines.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support talent retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory and labor laws.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Hospital Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or NABH-accredited hospital.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
