Job Summary:

This role is responsible for growing the business profitably in the assigned territories by focusing on new customer account development and increasing the share of wallet of existing accounts that are assigned. This role shall develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy aligned with global and regional headquarters to meet the overarching goals and objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new customer prospects in assigned territories that match well with Supply Technologies capabilities, solution approach and commercial offerings.
  • Build and develop relationship with key influencers and decision makers in assigned customers� accounts to uncover sales opportunities and develop suitable solution and commercial proposal.
  • Work with functional teams when pursuing sales opportunities to develop an attainable solution proposal that achieve the customer�s goals and meets the company�s financial objectives.
  • Take ownership of sales opportunities pipeline in assigned territories to lead relevant functions (including suppliers) thru the sales process and provide information and timely updates in company�s CRM system.
  • Enable a smooth execution of solution and program implementation by working with other functional teams and support during the transition. Re-engage upon identifying new, sizable opportunities.
  • Participate and provide updates during meetings including 1-on-1 Meetings, Monthly Sales Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews and Annual Management Meetings.
  • Explore partnerships possibilities with suppliers, service providers and solution providers to develop a compelling go-to-market plan suitable for the target customers� accounts and industry segments.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and local competitors� movements to develop strategic plans and / or tactical actions to counter market changes and competition threats.
  • Adhere to company�s procedures, processes and work instructions as part of Supply Technologies� Quality Management System.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor�s degree and 8 to 10 years of sales experience within the industrial market
  • Proven record of developing new businesses through hunting of new customer accounts
  • Ability to coordinate and lead functional teams to bring sales opportunities to closure
  • Independent and self-driven professional with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing value-based commercial proposal and articulate well
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Preferable experience in mechanical engineering or machining background
