Financial Advisors and Distributors.

Financial Advisors, Distributors, and their Relationship Managers.

The product comes with a personalized, white-labelled website for the Financial Advisors

and Distributors that attracts investors and to provide a professional outlook to their

financial advisory business.

Job Description:

Join our Customer Acquisition team and play a crucial role in ensuring the success and

satisfaction of our valued customer. As a Customer Acquisition Manager you will be

responsible for acquiring new IFAs and building new partnerships for building strong

relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with exceptional

support throughout their journey with our company. Key areas of responsibility would be

managing customer relationship to ensure longevity in our association and to facilitate the

upsell & cross sell of financial products by our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides leadership to the sales team.

2. Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.

3. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project

sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

4. Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.

5. Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.

6. Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests

equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.

7. Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere

with efficient sales operations.

8. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

9. Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.

10. Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.

11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

12. Prior experience in a customer success or customer management role

13. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with financial advisors.

14. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

15. Adept at problem-solving and providing solutions that meet financial advisors needs.

16. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team

environment.

17. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

simultaneously.

18. Familiarity with mutual funds is preferred.

19. Bachelor's degree is required.
