Senior SEO Analyst

About The Opportunity
A fast-paced player in the Digital Marketing & MarTech sector, focused on delivering measurable organic growth across B2B and B2C portfolios. We build and execute data-driven SEO programs that increase organic traffic, improve ranking visibility, and drive revenue for enterprise and mid-market clients.

Location: Bangalore (On-site). We are hiring a results-oriented Senior SEO Analyst to join an operations-focused SEO team and lead technical and content-driven initiatives that move the needle on organic KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals) and own remediation plans with engineering and product teams.
  • Lead keyword research and content optimization programs to improve topical authority and SERP performance across priority verticals.
  • Develop and execute link-building and outreach strategies to strengthen backlink profiles and referral authority.
  • Build repeatable reporting and dashboards (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush) to monitor organic traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversion outcomes.
  • Run A/B and SEO experiments with content and technical changes, measure impact, and iterate on hypotheses to improve ROI.
  • Mentor junior SEO analysts, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing team focused on growth/organic channels.
  • Proven expertise with technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console).
  • Strong data analysis skills — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, SQL or looker/BI basics, and translating insights into action.
  • Demonstrated success driving organic traffic, improving rankings, and contributing to revenue/lead generation goals.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, site architecture, redirects, canonicalization, and Core Web Vitals best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting SEO findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred

  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and basic familiarity with JavaScript-driven sites.
  • Knowledge of content strategy, CRO, and experience running SEO experiments (A/B testing, meta/content variants).
  • Exposure to automated reporting (Looker Studio, Data Studio) or scripting for SEO tasks (Python/SEO automation).
