Senior SEO & GEO Analyst

Search Engine Optimization, AI Visibility Optimization, Answer Engine Intelligence and Omnichannel Marketing.

What is this job all about?

Search is no longer confined to Google alone today, brands are discovered through AI-driven answer engines. As a SEO & GEO Analyst, you will be responsible for constantly learning and executing how brands are perceived, cited, and trusted in this new ecosystem. Your mission is to integrate technical SEO foundations, E-E-A-T content strategy, structured data architecture, and AI visibility optimization into a unified framework that ensures maximum discoverability. You will be responsible for making client, Pepper Square and its group companys brand visible not just in search results, but also in AI-generated answers, knowledge graphs, and industry thought leadership spaces, all supported by advanced analytics and actionable insights.

Skills

Technical:

  • Must have Technical SEO Audits , sitemaps, crawl optimization, site speed), Content Authority (E-E-A-T content briefs, SME collaboration, AI-optimized content, content quality scoring), (GEO) Generative Engine Optimization (Real-time monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini; citation tracking; AI response optimization), Data & Analytics (AI visibility dashboards, competitor presence benchmarking, attribution modelling) and Digital PR & Thought Leadership: Industry research, expert commentary, publication outreach, brand mention amplification.
  • Good to have HTML/CSS basics, Familiarity with AI monitoring tools and Exposure to international SEO strategies, especially for US markets.

  • Ability to explain SEO & GEO insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for staying updated with SEO, AI search trends, and algorithm changes.

Your job consists of

Strategic Thinking: Execute SEO and AI visibility strategies that strengthen presence in both search engines and AI platforms.

Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of Googles algorithm shifts, AI-driven discovery models, and structured data best practices.

Analytical Skills: Use AI-enabled SEO and answer engine tools to track citations, mentions, rankings, and AI-driven traffic attribution.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, design, PR, and marketing to ensure AI visibility best practices.

Supervisory Responsibility: Mentor interns or junior SEO/AI associates in audits, AI mention monitoring, and reporting.

Relationship Building: Engage with publications, industry leaders, and AI ecosystems to drive brand authority and citations.

Adaptability: Quickly adapt strategies in response to algorithm updates, answer engine changes, and new AI visibility signals.

Result-Oriented: Drive measurable improvements in rankings, AI mentions, citations, traffic, and conversions with defined KPIs.

Problem-Solving: Identify technical SEO issues, AI visibility gaps, and propose actionable solutions to enhance discoverability.
