1) ABOUT US:
NaturMed Scientific specializes in the development, manufacturing, and supply of high-quality natural plant-based ingredients and extracts for dietary supplements, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and sports nutrition industries. 2) COMPETENCE REQUISITES:
A) QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or master's in food technology, agricultural sciences, biology, nutritional sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
B) EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing of nutraceuticals, food, or pharmaceutical ingredients would be an added advantage.
C) SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Degree in food technology, agricultural sciences, biology, nutritional sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
· A minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in sales and marketing of nutraceuticals, food, or pharmaceutical ingredients would be an added advantage.
· Passionate about dietary supplements, food, beverage, and sports nutrition industries.
· Proactive and independent way of working and can plan efficiently and purposefully.
· Quick comprehension and flexibility in thinking are given to you when dealing with customer concerns.
· Confident using different IT Systems and business fluent in Spanish, French and English round off your profile.
3) ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· As Business Development Manager B2B (m/f/d), you would be responsible for acquiring new customers and actively maintaining the existing customer base.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from the first customer approach to the conclusion of a contract for new customers.
· Maintaining solid knowledge of assigned portfolio items to conduct meaningful and relevant conversations with customers and interests.
· Finding the best possible solutions for our customers in consultation with the senior management and supporting the customer on joint projects.
· Identification of new customer requirements, trends, and market changes and coordinate these with one another.
· Provide technical support to the clients on ingredients by working in close contact with quality control and regulatory teams.
· Preparing offers, contracts, and project negotiations with customers and representatives.
· Managing sales pipeline and maintaining all the necessary information in the company's IT systems.
· Attending trade fairs, seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
· Conduct frequent client meetings to understand their needs, present our solutions, and build strong, long-term relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
