  1. Scope:

Finance Executive will be based out of Bangalore and support to O2C function.

  1. Job description:

The main responsibilities of the job include to managing the customer discounts, He/She should be capable to calculate the discounts as per offers and schemes, issue of Credit notes, customer wise discount analysis and providing MIS report to management on cost impact. The candidate should also support branch finance activities independently. The candidate must be familiar with all the accounting procedures.

  2. Duties and responsibilities

  3. Ensure proper issuance of credit notes to customers and cross check the accuracy and completeness with the approved schemes.

  4. Calculate monthly, quarterly, annual discounts to be given to customers and provide necessary provisions accurately based on the approved schemes
  5. Assist in month end closing including providing timely reports/ analysis.
  6. Coordinate with Commercial and Sales Operations team to prepare weekly/ monthly reports and analyses.
  7. Analysis of Cost Center reports and preparation of Group/ business reports to support Commercial and Operations teams.
  8. Performing day to day finance activities of branch
  9. Periodically review customer accounts and escalate any issues identified.

  10. Complete other ad-hoc jobs that the management may assign from time to time

  14. Self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision.

  15. Teamwork and collaboration skills

  16. Technical Knowledge

  17. Working knowledge in SAP

  18. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT. Should have excellent knowledge in Advanced Excel.

  19. Power BI expertise is preferred.

  20. Education and professional experience

  21. UG/PG/CA/CMA with 2 to 8 years experience in manufacturing industry.

  22. knowledge of applicable INDAS and IFRS.
  23. Knowledge in various laws viz Income Tax, GST, labour laws etc.,
