Location: Gurugram (Hybrid / WFH)

Experience: 2-4 Years

Shift: UK Shift

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Education & Qualifications

  • Experience in a relevant discipline such as Law, Risk Management, Financial Crime, or Regulatory Compliance.
  • Professional training or certification in Compliance, Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or other industry-specific regulation is highly desirable.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience working within regulated sectors (e.g., financial services) or strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) framework or the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) requirements.
  • Solid understanding of regulation, internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to stay current with regulatory developments and emerging risks, including data protection, cyber risk, and UK related compliance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to advise and influence teams across the organisation.
  • Effective organisational skills, including the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Integrity, sound judgement, and a strong ethical mindset.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with departments such as Legal, Operations, Audit, and Finance to embed a culture of compliance.
