Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Community Lead – Sales & Engagement to build meaningful connections, nurture relationships, and drive growth through outreach, engagement, and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community building, customer experience, and achieving measurable sales results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Building & Engagement
- Initiate conversations with potential and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to introduce offerings and build trust.
- Encourage women to participate in groups, workshops, and events, ensuring every interaction feels personal and inspiring.
- Represent the brand at on-ground events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Foster a sense of belonging and support among community members.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed customers or participants.
- Share trip or service details, address questions, and guide customers toward making booking decisions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets through structured outreach and relationship-driven selling.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand outreach and customer base.
- Maintain accurate and updated lead data, conversions, and reports using CRM tools.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to drive repeat engagement.
- Handle queries efficiently and provide end-to-end support for travel or service-related requirements.
- Collect feedback and share insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Outreach & On-Ground Presence
- Participate in promotional campaigns, community events, and brand collaborations.
- Maintain professionalism, confidence, and approachability while representing the organization in public and digital forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years in Sales, Business Development, Travel, Hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Personality
- Confident, approachable, and persuasive, with strong interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
Other Requirements
- Strong multitasking and follow-up ability.
- Willingness to attend local events and client meetups.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
