Role Description
We are seeking a full-time TeleSales Executive to join our team in Noida. The Telesales Executive will manage and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and promote our upcoming travel Packages.
Responsibilities
As a TeleSales Executive at Dare2Gear, you will be responsible for:
- Focused towards meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Implement the sales strategies in practice and drive the desired results.
- Convert the Enquiries into leads and leads into successful business.
- Understand the customer's needs and demonstrate the company's products & services to them.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Communicate the terms of the agreement with the customers and close sales.
- Take feedback from them post-sales about their experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Prior experience in sales and travel management is a must.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
