Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybrid role for an Odoo Functional Consultant, based in Bangalore. The role involves analyzing business requirements, mapping them to Odoo functionalities, and providing end-to-end consulting to clients. Responsibilities include configuring Odoo modules, testing and deploying solutions, preparing user documentation, and delivering training sessions. The consultant will also provide support and resolve issues related to Odoo systems while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and address business challenges effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams
  • Thorough understanding of business processes and their optimization using ERP systems
  • Experience in consulting and implementing Odoo solutions based on client needs
  • Knowledge of Finance-related processes and relevant Odoo modules
  • Proficiency in Odoo customization and configuration is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
