We are currently seeking a highly skilled Odoo Developer / Odoo Technical Consultant to join our Bangalore team. Key Responsibilities

• ERP Development & Customization
• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules as per business requirements.
• Customize and configure existing standard Odoo modules including 
  Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, and others
  .
• Ensure smooth integration of Odoo ERP with third-party applications and APIs.
• Technical Expertise
• Work with 
  Odoo Enterprise and
  , handling deployments, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain automation pipelines using 
  Docker, Ubuntu, Jenkins, and GitHub
  .
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Functional & Business Understanding
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with a strong grasp of end-to-end processes.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation for client projects.
• Provide functional and technical support to clients during implementation and post-go-live stages.
• Collaboration & Client Engagement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers.
• Collaborate with Middle East clients, understanding cultural and business contexts to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
• Support presales activities with demos, prototypes, and technical insights when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 
  2 years of hands-on experience
   in Odoo development and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of all major 
  standard Odoo modules
   (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.).
• Proven ability to 
  design and develop custom Odoo modules
  .
• Strong business process understanding and ability to bridge functional and technical gaps.
• Experience working with 
  Odoo Enterprise and
  .
• Proficiency with 
  Docker, Ubuntu/Linux environments, Jenkins CI/CD, GitHub (version control)
  .
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience working with clients/projects in the 
  Middle East
   is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering
   or equivalent (preferred).
