Job Description: Junior Developer (Full Stack, Automation & Integration)
• Location: 260, 3rd Cross Rd, Stage 2, Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071, India
• Type: Full-Time
• Experience Level: 6 months to 2 years (including internships/projects)

About the Role :

  • We're seeking a Junior Developer who wants to grow across the stack. You will build APIs and dashboards, automate workflows, and integrate systems like SharePoint, Shopify, and Odoo.
  • You will work directly with a technical lead who has created tools such as automated PowerPoint generation, and internal project management platforms.
  • This role suits someone with basic programming skills who wants to learn in a hands-on, full-stack environment while solving real business problems.

What You'll Work On

- PowerPoint Automation Tool
• Help maintain and improve a system that generates branded PPTs using Python and Microsoft Graph API.
• Work with file/image handling, SharePoint integration, and product data.

- PMT Product & Project Management Tool
• Extend or frontend components.
• Build new Flask-based APIs for products, suppliers, and tasks.
• Connect with Supabase DB, Odoo ERP, and SharePoint APIs.

- Shopify & WordPress Customizations
• Implement changes in Shopify themes using Liquid, JS, and CSS.
• Maintain landing pages and forms on WordPress (basic PHP and frontend).

- Workflow Automation
• Build and debug workflows using n8n and Supabase Edge Functions.
• Automate syncs between SharePoint, Odoo, Gmail, and internal tools.

- AI R&D (Optional Based on Interest)
• Assist in building prototype features using OpenAI and LangChain.
• Help integrate AI outputs into internal dashboards and tools.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

  • 6 months to 2 years experience (internships or personal projects count)
  • Solid foundation in Python (Flask preferred) and JavaScript
  • Basic experience with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks or React)
  • Understanding of REST APIs and JSON
  • Eager to learn quickly, debug issues, and take ownership of small features end-to-end

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):


• Shopify Liquid or WordPress templating


• Experience with n8n or Zapier-style automation tools


• Familiarity with Supabase or Firebase


• Knowledge of OpenAI API, LangChain, or any AI experimentation

  • Experience with Redis, SharePoint, or Odoo API
