Roles and Responsibilities of Liaison:

  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with government authorities, local bodies, and regulatory departments such as Town Planning, CMDA, DTCP, RERA, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, and other statutory agencies.
  • Handle project approvals, sanctions, and NOCs for residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications, drawings, and documentation required for project permissions.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, clearances, and compliance certificates related to building plans, environment, fire, and other statutory norms.
  • Coordinate with State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) and Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) for obtaining required environmental and pollution-related approvals.
  • Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO).
  • Environmental Clearance (EC) for large-scale or high-rise projects.
  • No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for air, water, and noise pollution
  • Track and monitor approval progress and communicate updates to management and relevant departments.
  • Build and maintain effective rapport with government officials to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a systematic record of all correspondences, approvals, and compliance documents.
  • Stay updated with latest policies, government circulars, and amendments in building and development regulations.
  • Assist in land conversion, zoning, and land-use approvals from relevant authorities.
