Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Campaign Associate located in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital campaigns to meet client objectives. You will collaborate with the team to analyze campaign performance, optimize results, and provide actionable insights. The role involves managing project timelines, communicating with clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in campaign sharing, execution, and delivery across digital platforms.

● Maintain and update campaign performance data, reports, and trackers.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

● Perform cold calling to clients, publishers, and partners for campaign updates or lead follow-ups.

● Support the performance marketing team in daily tasks, including data checks, campaign uploads, and documentation.

● Ensure accuracy and completeness of all campaign-related information.

● Help identify basic insights from data and contribute to improving campaign performance.

● Maintain strong communication and follow-up to ensure smooth campaign operations.

Required Skills &Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

● Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

● Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).

● Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.

● Ability to perform cold calling confidently.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and data interpretation to evaluate campaign performance and identify trends
  • Proficiency in Campaign Management and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Experience or understanding of Project Management and managing campaign timelines effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic project requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
