Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly energetic and detail-oriented fresher to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will support the execution and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, manage campaign data, coordinate with internal teams, and handle basic client communication including cold calling when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in
    campaign sharing, execution, and delivery
    across digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update
    campaign performance data
    , reports, and trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Perform
    cold calling
    to clients, publishers, and partners for campaign updates or lead follow-ups.
  • Support the performance marketing team in daily tasks, including data checks, campaign uploads, and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all campaign-related information.
  • Help identify basic insights from data and contribute to improving campaign performance.
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-up to ensure smooth campaign operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
  • Ability to perform cold calling confidently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-up skills.
