Accounts Payables – JD

  • Handle AP for global clients
  • Process invoices, travel & employee expense claims
  • Resolve vendor/customer queries
  • Meet TAT, Accuracy & SLA targets
  • Prepare dashboards & weekly SLA reports
  • Conduct quality checks
  • Drive process improvements
  • Ensure compliance & internal controls
  • Communicate with stakeholders

Technical Support – JD

  • Troubleshoot hardware/software/application issues
  • Support customers via phone/email
  • Follow SOPs for case handling & documentation

Preferred Candidate Skills

  • Strong accounting fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with night shifts
  • Only Freshers may apply

Additional Notes

  • No cab restrictions for female candidates
  • Male candidates must live within 20 km (cab zone)
