About the Role:

We are looking for a Tech-savvy and Marketing-driven professional to lead our technical and digital marketing operations. The ideal candidate will manage teams across development, testing, SEO, content, digital ads, and data, ensuring seamless coordination between technology and marketing functions to deliver business growth and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities: Technical & Development Management

  • Oversee the activities of development and testing teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with developers to align technical implementation with marketing and business goals.
  • Monitor website performance, uptime, speed, and user experience improvements.
  • Manage basic technical SEO and integration between marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.

Digital Marketing Leadership

  • Plan and execute Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns to increase leads and conversions.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.
  • Implement SEO strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
  • Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, and marketing materials ensuring SEO alignment.

Data & Analytics

  • Track and analyze marketing metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
  • Manage the data team for reporting, audience segmentation, and performance insights.
  • Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and improvement plans.

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through paid campaigns, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing funnels to drive revenue growth.

Team Coordination & Strategy

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, content, SEO, and marketing.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review performance and align departments with company goals.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:.

  • 4–8 years of combined experience in technical project management and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress / web platforms, CRM systems, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into marketing strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹65,308.75 per month
