Mid-Level Sales & Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mid-Level Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the iGaming or IT sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging new partnerships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven success in a B2B sales environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of either the iGaming or IT industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international markets.
- Existing network of contacts within the iGaming or IT sectors.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced company environment.
