Your role:
● Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant and food delivery industry.
● Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels, including cold calling, email , SMS.
● Qualify leads, understand their business needs, and articulate how UrbanPiper's solutions can add value to their operations.
● Deliver fantastic product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of UrbanPiper's platform.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
● Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
● Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and achieve or exceed sales quotas.
● Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. 
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position UrbanPiper's Piper's solutions.
We are looking for someone who has/is:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IHM.
● Proven work experience in inside sales, preferably in the Restaurant or SaaS industry.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
● Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Salesforce knowledge would be a plus point.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Prior experience in the restaurant or food delivery industry is a plus point.
