About the Role

We're looking for a Founders' Associate Intern who will work directly with the founding team to support and execute a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.

From helping plan external communications and partnerships to managing internal workflows and new opportunities — you'll play a key role in driving progress across different areas of the company.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, taking initiative, and learning by doing. You'll get firsthand experience in what it takes to build and grow a startup from the ground up.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the founding team in day-to-day operational, strategic, and execution-related tasks.
  • Coordinate external activities such as newsletters, LinkedIn updates, award applications, and ecosystem outreach.
  • Research and identify opportunities for visibility, collaborations, and growth.
  • Manage communication and follow-ups with external stakeholders, partners, and communities.
  • Support ongoing projects by ensuring timely execution, documentation, and coordination across teams.
  • Take ownership of new initiatives as they arise, from event coordination to partnership research.
  • Help streamline workflows and maintain trackers for key tasks, submissions, and outreach efforts.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take initiative.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fast learner who enjoys problem-solving and exploring new areas of work.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Prior internship or experience in startups, operations, or marketing is an advantage (not mandatory).

Location & Compensation

  • Location: Jalandhar (Work from Office)
  • Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
  • Engagement: Full-time
