- Find advisors and Agency Partners.
- Plan and organize the regulatory trainings.
- Manage choreography on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Agency partners.
- A monthly goal-setting exercise that considers income.
- Joint fieldwork to locate insurance policies with Agency partners and advisors.
- Promote business issuances and submissions.
- Lead Generation, Business Target Driven.
- Assure that the Self Sourcing Targets are met.
- Daily tracking of business reporting, MIS on sales calls, lead utilization, and conversion.
