Executive Assistant to Director

Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation
Experience: 2-5 Yrs
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage and maintain the Director's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries, and process associated expense reports.
- Correspondence: Screen and prioritize incoming communication (emails, phone calls, mail); draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos on behalf of the Director.
- Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive and confidential information, documents, and matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Meeting Management: Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings (internal, external, and Board meetings); prepare agendas, gather necessary materials, take and transcribe accurate meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Office Management: Maintain an organized filing and communication system (physical and electronic) and manage general office duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
