Job Title: Vendor Management Consultant

Location: India (Offshore Remote)

Contract Duration: 12+ months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Coupa VMS implementation team on scope finalization, testing (FUT, SIT, UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Integrate Coupa VMS with systems like Workday, Target process, and Apptio.
  • Validate contractor data across multiple platforms (Workday, Coupa, SAP) to ensure consistency.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support audits with validated data.
  • Identify data quality issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years experience with enterprise systems: Workday, Coupa, SAP.
  • Strong attention to detail, data validation skills, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration.
  • Familiarity with VMS tools and Statement of Work (SoW) processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements related to contingent workforce management.
