About the Job:
We are seeking a
proactive and experienced Salesforce Administrator
to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce platform. This role ensures the system aligns with business objectives through strong configuration, data integrity, user support, and process automation. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enabling business success through technology.
Work Schedule:

- Full-Time Remote Work
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration: user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality and usability
- Maintain data quality through audits, deduplication, and validation rules
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce, following best practices
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows to meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce capabilities
- Support testing, deployment, and documentation of updates, integrations, and new features
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and Health Cloud features, recommending improvements
Skills / Requirements:
- Strong follow-through, determination, and tenacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for clean, accurate data
- Strong problem-solving, process management, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow rules)
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and CRM-A
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience
with
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM 211) required - 2+ years experience with
Salesforce Health Cloud
and/or Health Cloud Accredited Professional preferred - Experience with
MuleSoft
preferred - Advanced certifications (Platform App Builder, AgentForce, Business Analyst) are a plus
