The Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities for the sales team. This role involves researching potential clients, initiating contact through calls, emails, and social media, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads to support the company's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other marketing channels.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate information.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Track and report lead generation activities and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
