Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in Chandigarh. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with department managers to determine staffing needs, utilizing various recruitment methods, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will assist in developing job descriptions, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with department managers and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and maintaining databases
  • Familiarity with creating job descriptions and conducting reference checks
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
