Job Title: Manager Planning (High-Rise Residential Buildings)

Location: Gurgaon

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Planning to lead construction planning and scheduling activities for high-rise residential projects. The role involves coordinating with all stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction plans and master schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and scheduling issues.
  • Monitor on-site construction processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Track and forecast critical contracts and procurement plans.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress.
  • Highlight project issues, prepare delay reports, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize planning/monitoring software and MS Project (MSP) for scheduling tasks.
  • Analyze construction plans and specifications for feasibility and execution efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in planning for high-rise residential construction projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and other construction monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: B.Tech + PGP (NICMAR/RICS)

Experience:

  • 12-15 years in construction planning, preferably in high-rise residential buildings.
