About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager BI/Qlik to lead our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Qlik technologies (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting) and proven leadership skills to manage end-to-end BI project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Design, develop, and maintain Qlik dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build scalable BI solutions.

Optimize Qlik applications for performance, scalability, and usability.

Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance in all BI solutions.

Oversee the end-to-end BI project lifecycle requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Implement version control, CI/CD, and task tracking using Azure DevOps (ADO).

Provide strategic recommendations and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Expertise:

7+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence.

Strong hands-on expertise with Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting).

Proven experience in team leadership/mentorship (minimum 23 years as lead).

Excellent SQL, data modeling, and ETL knowledge.

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for project/task management and deployments.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

Exposure to SAP Datasphere, ODS, or other BI/data platforms.

Knowledge of cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
