Job Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing property sales for residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves client relationship management, site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, digital platforms, open houses, and listing services.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Handle client inquiries, provide relevant property details, and guide them through the sales process.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits and inspections with clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new client networks.
- Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal and documentation teams.

- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Attributes:
- Fluency in local language(s) and English.
- Valid driving license and own conveyance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on weekends or outside normal hours when required.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and client-handling capabilities.
- Good knowledge of local real estate laws and market conditions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
