A Motivated Real Sales Executive who has a track record of finding new business opportunities in Real estate industry. Skilled at building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting effective solutions to meet sales goals and support company growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Investment Communication
Conduct outreach to clients to inform them about investment opportunities and projects in Noida.
Assess client needs and tailor project recommendations accordingly.
Generate leads through various activities, including cold calling and networking.
Client Interaction and Relationship Management
Accompany clients on-site visits to provide firsthand insight into project locations.
Facilitate meetings in the office to discuss project details and options.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Objectives and Market Analysis
Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Conduct market research to stay informed about new projects and overall market trends.
Reporting and Networking
Provide regular reports to the reporting manager on sales activities, progress updates, and market insights.
Build and maintain a professional network with real estate professionals, developers, and potential referral sources to enhance business opportunities.
