We require a Real Estate Sales and Commercial coordinator, The Real Estate Sales and Commercial Coordinator ensures smooth operations and effective communication between clients, agents, and vendors during real estate transactions. They handle administrative tasks, schedule appointments, track deal progress, and assist with marketing efforts to ensure successful property processes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee residential and commercial sales and leasing processes from start

to finish.

  • Maintain timelines for critical milestones, such as inspections, appraisals, and closing dates.

  • Prepare and review contracts, and other legal documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Marketing Support:

  • Manage property listings on multiple platforms, including MLS, Zillow, etc. and company websites.

  • Organize open houses, broker tours, and promotional events for commercial and residential properties.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including client contact information and transaction details.
  • Prepare reports and summaries of sales activity and market trends.

  • Schedule meetings, property showings, and client appointments for sales agents.

  • Client Relations:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

  • Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep updated on real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the sales field.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

US 9 am to 5 pm (IST 8.30 pm to 4.30 am)
